Anti Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing.

In March 2009, Sweden implemented the third EU Money Laundering directive.  The Swedish Financial Supervision Authority's regulations to the Act came into force in May 2009.

The Act and Regulations contains new words and concepts such as risk-based approach; know your customer (KYC), beneficial owner, Political Exposed Persons (PEP), and transaction monitoring.
