Trapets’ CSM team grows

Trapets is pleased to welcome Malena Wallin and Mikaela Forslund as the company’s newest Customer Success Managers.

Malena, who assumed her role in October of 2020, has extensive experience within the financial service market with roles such as Financial Analyst at Innovation Capital, Relationship Manager at TD Ameritrade Institutional, and later Professional Services at Payoneer. Before moving back to Sweden in 2019, she lived in the US for more than 13 years.

“I’m excited to be working at Trapets. My background in the financial services market, especially working with FinTechs, and my experience in analyzing needs, designing solutions, and ensuring successful technical implementations to a wide range of customers has given me a comprehensive view of the Customer Success Manger role, and I’m more than happy to be able to apply this and to be working with Trapets’ customers”, says Malena Wallin.

Mikaela, who assumed her role in January of 2021, has a strong background in the banking world where she has held numerous roles. Some of which include Relationship Manager, Corporate & Investment Banking at Nordea and Partner Manager at Bluestep Bank.

Trapets has an innovative range of products and a wide range of customers, and I’m happy to be able to contribute to the success of those customers. I’m excited to learn more about Trapets’ systems and how we as a team can help our customers succeed”, says Mikaela Forslund.
