Upcoming Market Abuse Regulation, MAR
On July 3rd this summer, the Market Abuse Regulation,”MAR”, will be implemented across the EU.
This regulation contains a number of new provisions related to the detection and reporting of incidents of suspicious market abuse some of which have a large impact on Trapets´ business, both regarding the surveillance system InstantWatch Market, ”IWM”, and Trapets´ unique service Outsourced Trading Surveillance, ”OTS”.
