Latest solution updates (Q1): Transaction Monitoring

A new version of Transaction Monitoring is now available, version 4.2024.1.

Some of the highlights include:

  • Consider customers’ age in Customer Groups, creating an extra level of control.
  • Improved alert triggers for more refined alerts, including features that make it easier to detect smurfing.
  • Upload documents in the dashboard without creating a case, improving user efficiency.
